Is it cheating

if, during my 3rd sermon/4th Sunday at New Church, I use this (almost 4 minute) video as half of my sermon when it fits my setting so amazingly well?

No, silly! It's not cheating. You'd tell a 4-5 minute story that fit perfectly, wouldn't you? The one question is, do you have an effective set up for showing a video- a screen? sound? It could be hard for some eyes to read it, I think, if it were not adequately projected and dark enough and this can be tricky in many sanctuaries on Sunday mornings. If you can pull it off technologically, GO FOR IT! I think its great!

I agree with Sarah. :-)

Thanks ladies! I used it and it went very well. I only heard good things--not that I really expected anyone to be willing to say negative things to me. Our sanctuary, though it has the set-up for this, wasn't designed for it so it is really sunny. Thankfully, hubby generally has to be in the narthex with Baby Girl during the sermon, so he was able to turn lights off!
